NEP Spain, NEP The Netherlands and Creative Animal provided broadcast services, real-time AR and set design for the Red Bull production on Dec. 12, 2021 in La Quinta Vergara, Viña del Mar, Chile, seen by millions of viewers around the world.

NEP’s implementation of production solutions – which featured integration between real world, AR content and competition graphics - has been honored with an Intermedia-Globe Gold Award by the World Media Festivals.

Production elements included a real stage featuring set extension with AR layers evolving as the competition unfolded, and multiple tracked cameras.

Red Bull Batalla World Final 2021 was a production led by Red Bull Chile, Red Bull Media House and NEP Spain in collaboration with Creative Animal for the AR content. During the live show NEP also deployed Unreal, Ventuz, Xpression and Disguise softwares.

Red Bull Batalla is the most viewed Red Bull event with over 20 million views.
