NEP UK delivers world-class media services across broadcast, live events, and corporate markets, backed by a state-of-the-art product portfolio and deep operational expertise. The appointment of Ed Tischler marks a significant step in accelerating NEP UK’s innovation, market growth, and client-first service focus.

Tischler brings a distinguished career in media services, having held senior executive roles at Gravity Media (Managing Director EMEA) and Gearhouse (Managing Director). Most recently, he served as Director of broadcast solutions provider Over Exposed. His return to NEP is especially meaningful, as he began his career with the company as an engineer in the early 2000s. This homecoming sees Tischler rejoin NEP with a deep understanding of the company’s culture and an exceptional track record in driving commercial success and organisational transformation.

Ed Tischler will be part of the regional senior leadership team, reporting to Arjan van Westerloo, EVP, NEP Europe.
