NEP Norway is the largest private broadcast service provider in Norway, operating from its purpose-built Oslo Broadcast Center (OBC) in the Økern district a flagship production facility opened in 2011 that houses data centres, fibre connectivity, a downlink farm, production rooms, studios, master control rooms, and a network operations centre. The company traces its roots to 1985, when it was established as KanalH, via Digital Vision, Mediatec broadcast, OB-Team and MediaNetwerk to joining the NEP Group in 2015 and become NEP Norway.
From Oslo, NEP Norway delivers end-to-end broadcast and media solutions for Norway's leading broadcasters including TV 2, Viaplay, Rikstoto, NRK, ITV, Banijay, Warner Bros Discovery, and many more, across sports, entertainment, unscripted and managed serices. Our national production trucks provide national coverage, complemented by access to NEP's global fleet of 195+ vehicles for international events.
NEP Norway has been a consistent technical partner for major Nordic and global productions, including the Winter Olympics, UEFA Champions League, Eliteserien and Handball European and World Championships.
