$700 Million Equity Investment Accelerates NEP’s Growth and Innovation
NEP announced in October an exciting $700 million equity investment led by our new private equity sponsor, 26North, that will accelerate growth and investment plans. NEP’s existing sponsor, Carlyle, participated in the reinvestment and remains our company’s largest shareholder.

NEP Group Acquires Seven Production in Dubai

NEP Group announced its acquisition of Seven Production, the Dubai-based film and broadcasting independent production company.

With this addition, NEP Middle East and Asia will become one of the largest companies of its kind in the region, serving broadcasters, production companies, sports leagues and federations, event organizers and government entities in the Middle East.

NEP Middle East and Asia Honored for Best OB Vehicle 2025
NEP’s ME-01 was recently named “Best OB Vehicle 2025” at the BroadcastPro Middle East Awards in Dubai. Powered by our TFC broadcast orchestration platform, ME-01 is the first large-scale fully IP facility to support the Middle East production community.

First launched in the spring of 2025 at CABSAT, NEP’s ME-01 and ME-02 OBs have already supported major productions in the region.
NEP CTO Marc Segar shared insights with BroadcastPro Middle East’s Vijaya Cherian about NEP’s ME-01 and ME-02 OBs.
