St. Annaparochie, the Netherlands

Faber Audiovisuals, a NEP Live Events Company, has acquired loop light, a lighting and video live events service company, and, as part of the acquisition, n.o.me, a creative content and media production company supporting live events, both based in Germany’s Frankfurt region.

loop light GmbH provides a large range of live event services with expert support by experienced lighting and video designers, operators and programmers. Fixed installations and event productions have been loop light’s daily business for over 25 years. Their services include: media event specialists and programmers, media servers and event media control hardware rentals; tracking solutions, lighting boards and other FOH steering and control hardware. Interactive technologies, custom-built electronics and software completing their package of services.

n.o.me Medienproduktion GmbH is a digital media creative company specialized in creating creative concepts and extensive media production for both small and large events. Their services include animation and film production, digital media creation of any sort including real-time production, and related live event technologies.

loop light and n.o.me are now part of Faber Audiovisuals, with Matt Finke and Matthias Etz continuing to run loop light and n.o.me day to day. The companies will retain their brands. The merge will give opportunities to provide a broader (full-)service, turnkey solution for clients who desire this, in providing AV, show control and content creation for live events clients.

This will be a great cultural fit for Faber and loop light & n.o.me, as the companies share similar core values and service-oriented cultures centred on delivering exceptional, innovative technical and creative solutions for clients.

The partners are looking forward to cooperating on further expansion of their proposition, especially in Germany. Also within the NEP Group, this merger is seen as an important added value in becoming a 360 degree supplier network.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
