NEP’s TFC Broadcast Orchestration Platform Now Available Industrywide

In April at the 2025 NAB Show in Las Vegas, NEP announced that its TFC broadcast orchestration platform, developed by NEP and already used on some of the world's biggest productions, can now be easily integrated into any broadcast facility or compound as a new licensed service offering.

TV Technology, BroadcastPro Middle East, TVBEurope and SVG Europe all covered the announcement among others.

NEP Continues Investments in the Middle East Welcoming first CCO and Exhibiting at Premier Industry Show

NEP Middle East and Asia is pleased to welcome experienced media industry executive Mohammad Hammoud who will support our customers across Singapore, India, the Middle East and Asia.

In addition to a key hire, NEP exhibited at CABSAT, the region’s premier industry show promoting the future of media and entertainment in the Middle East and Asia.

At CABSAT, NEP introduced the first two large-scale IP broadcast facilities in the Middle East, named ME-01 and ME-02. The new OBs are now serving production partners in the region.

‍NEP Europe Powers Eurovision Song Contest

The 2025 Eurovision Song Contest was held in Basel, Switzerland this year, marking the sixth consecutive year NEP was the official media services provider for the global music event.  

NEP's TFC broadcast orchestration platform was used, adding another major global event to its resume of major productions.

Along with TFC, NEP Europe delivered a full range of solutions including OB facilities, specialty cameras and technical crew onsite.

Major Championship Golf Season Continues at the PGA in Charlotte

NEP is proud to have supported our customers at the PGA Championship in May.

‍

Our teams had mobile units and an extensive range of specialty capture solutions including RF and robotics onsite.

Adam Stouter, Senior Director of Remote Technical Operations for CBS Sports emphasizes to Sports Video Group the importance of strategically placing technology to ensure every angle is captured for viewers during an event of this size.

“We obviously know the course well, but a [production] the size of the PGA Championship is a very different story,” Stouter tells SVG. “Throughout our multiple surveys and visits to the course with our production team and Kerry Haigh [Chief Championships Officer, PGA of America], we were always looking to add technology to find new looks to show the viewers at home.”

NEP Americas Onsite at the 2025 NFL Draft

NEP continued its long history of supporting the NFL Draft coverage with this year’s production taking place in Green Bay, WI.
‍

Sports Video Group Editorial Director Kristian Hernández detailed the role NEP's specialty capture solutions played in providing reliable RF connectivity and the use of Steadicams and robotic cameras to show many different angles as the excitement of the draft unfolded.

SVG highlighted “one of the most important factors” to a smooth-running show is reliable RF connectivity.  

At the core of the production was NEP’s TFC broadcast orchestration platform, seamlessly linking the entire EN1 fleet, Supershooter CBS, Supershooter 5 and Super B (12 mobile units) and enabling efficient coordination across the massive multi-venue production.

NEP Named Best Media Broadcaster by Emerce 100

NEP in The Netherlands was recently named “Best Media Broadcaster” by Emerce 100. Arjan van Westerloo, President of NEP UK, The Netherlands and Ireland, spoke about NEP’s strategic vision and the approach for region during an interview with Emerce 100.
