At NEP, we believe that taking care of our people, our business, and our planet is integral to how we operate and how we live—and to our success. We recognize that having a thoughtful and comprehensive Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) strategy is one of the foundations of being a sustainable, successful business. To that end, we have identified four criteria important to us and our progress.

Evidence Based

We will gather comprehensive, assurance-grade data globally, including global carbon emissions.

Global

Using our Double Materiality Assessment and Gap Analysis, we will launch initiatives in the most impactful areas globally.

Ambitious

We will use carbon emissions evidence to determine how we can have a more positive impact on the environment.

Transparent

We will set out our progress, supported by comprehensive ESG data and evidence, in NEP's Sustainability & ESG Reports.

Our mission is to support and contribute to the move towards a more sustainable society. We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact, meeting the highest standards of environmental compliance, and continuously improving our initiatives. Through transparent action, we are striving to use resources responsibly and make a genuine difference in the most impactful areas of environmental sustainability.

Training & Professional Development

As a global company and key industry employer, we strive to provide a holistic learning and development environment for our employees. Focusing on our goal to develop media technology experts, we offer apprenticeship programs, training academies, and other on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring support, as well as a robust NEP University library of free learning courses available to everyone in the company.
