Dan Grainge

Dan Grainge is the President of US Specialty Capture. Prior to this position, Dan was CEO and President of Fletcher Group, an NEP Broadcast Services Company offering specialty capture services. When Fletcher Group was acquired by NEP in October 2018, Dan joined the NEP Broadcast Services senior management team.

Since joining Fletcher in 1990, Dan has played a key role in keeping the Fletcher name and brand synonymous with innovative, leading-edge broadcast technology. With nearly 30 years of experience in the sports broadcast industry, Dan and the Fletcher team has been awarded 14 Emmys for a multitude of cutting-edge firsts. These accomplishments range from the application of robotic camera systems to using the first high-speed camera in a live sports event ever.

Before joining Fletcher, Dan worked as a freelance cameraman  for numerous broadcasters, one of the most notable being CNN.

In his free time, Dan enjoys golfing, fishing and listening to various types of music including classic rock, oldies, and blue grass.
